Use the tabs above to review recordings, track scores, or assign a prayer.
Graded: The AI has assigned a score, but the teacher has not saved a final review yet.
Needs review: The AI could not confidently grade some words or complete the grading. The teacher needs to review them before the score is final.
Reviewed: The teacher has clicked Save review. The grade is teacher-confirmed, and the student can see the highlighted prayer and listen to their recording.
Coming soon — professional review payments are being set up. No fee has been charged. You can continue reviewing assessments yourself.

Upload a CSV exported from Excel or Google Sheets. Include Student Name, School ID, and either Student Email or Username. Parent Email and Parent Email 2 are optional. Students sign in with their email address or username and school student ID. Format school IDs as text to keep leading zeros.
Existing school IDs update names and emails while keeping assessments. Blank parent email fields keep existing parent emails. Imported students are added to the class; other class members remain. Inactive accounts remain inactive.

Requests from school staff, parents, and tutors. They can continue reviewing their own assessments. A site admin’s Finalize Review publishes the updated grade and completes a pending request.
All schools, families, tutors, staff, and student profiles. Personal practice profiles appear under their owner and are excluded from the student and account totals.
Last sign-in is tracked from this update forward, including assignment-link access and opening a learner profile. Earlier sign-ins show “Not recorded.” Assessment activity includes existing submissions. Totals count accounts and student profiles, not unique people.
Track AI costs across the site and by school or personal account. Assessment and game grading run on the Hugging Face listener plus the site’s own rules grader (no per-call fee; you pay for listener running time). OpenAI is still used for word timing in students’ recordings (tap-a-word playback) and for syllable practice audio. Costs are estimates in USD, not invoices or credit-card charges. Tracking begins when this feature is installed; earlier spending cannot be assigned to accounts.

New and existing school and family accounts start with paid AI off. Enable features manually after you receive payment; this page does not collect or detect payments. Turning access off keeps saved grades, recordings, manual review and prepared practice audio available.
Switching this off stops new AI requests site-wide. Requests already sent may finish and incur charges.

This is an estimate from the site’s own request log (each burst of use keeps the listener running for 15 idle minutes plus about 3 minutes to start). Hugging Face’s billing page has the exact figure.
Recordings and databases are stored on the Render disk, which is billed by its size ($0.25 per GB per month) and has no warning when it fills up. Raise the size on the Render service’s Disk page before it gets close to full.
Exact OpenAI charges (word timing and practice audio) plus each account’s share of your Hugging Face listener bill. Enter what Hugging Face charged for the same dates (from your Hugging Face billing page) and the bill is split between accounts by minutes of audio listened to. The dates above apply.
Limits apply to each assessment and each voice-game session, across all accounts. Before each call, an estimated allowance is reserved for the audio, text and maximum response. Calls stop when there is not enough allowance. Estimates are not guaranteed invoice caps; a provider charge can exceed its allowance. Unknown-cost calls retain their allowance. Zero pauses new calls. Starting a new game starts a new session limit.
One AI grading call per submitted recording or spoken attempt. No automatic pronunciation rechecks or response-repair calls. Automatic assessment timing uses one transcription call. Uncertain grading stays available for teacher review; saved audio playback remains available.
Latest 200 matching calls. The CSV includes all matching calls, including retries. Unknown costs are left blank rather than treated as free.
Each OpenAI request is counted separately, including timing recovery calls. Listener use is counted as minutes of audio and priced from your Hugging Face endpoint’s running time. Provider usage tokens or reported audio duration are used where available. Some responses, generated speech, provider errors, or interrupted calls may not contain enough billing data: those appear as cost unavailable and are excluded from estimated dollar totals. Shared verified-prayer audio preparation is assigned to Site administration / shared content. Replaying saved clips does not create a new AI call.
Watching videos, browsing prayers, viewing results, manual teacher corrections, and downloading the gradebook do not create AI calls. Grading an assessment or checking a game word uses the Hugging Face listener. Word-by-word playback timing of a recording, and first-time syllable or shared audio generation, can create an OpenAI call.
A charge from OpenAI or Hugging Face may be a prepaid-credit purchase or a month’s running time, rather than the price of one assessment. Their billing pages are the authority for charges; this tracker does not access your billing accounts.

For the closest common recovery point, wait until uploads, grading, and editing have finished. The ZIP contains private student data. Keep it securely.
Your Render environment settings contain the secret keys needed to restore integrations. They are not included in the ZIP. Google Drive videos remain in Drive; this backup preserves their links. Download those videos from Drive separately.

Restore instructions, database integrity checks, file checksums, and any missing-file warnings are included inside the ZIP.
